We absolutly love lasagna, and while we don't have it on the menu at the restaurant, we do cook it a LOT. Our recipe came over from Italy with Roxanne's grandparents. The portion is roughly 5" by 5" slab of lasagna. Each slab is chilled and placed in a microwave safe container for easy reheating. We need a minimum of 48 hours notice for all lasagna orders. 

 

Choose from a few different types of Lasagna:

  •  Beef and Cheese - filled with ground beef and a variety of italian cheeses, with traditional lasagna noodles and red sauce.
  • Sausage, Vegetable and Cheese - filled with italian sausage, a variety of seasonally fresh vegetables and mushrooms, italian cheeses, with traditional lasagna noodles and red sauce.
  • Gluten Free Beef and Cheese - filled with ground beef, red sauce, and a variety of italian cheeses, we will use thin slices of summer squash in place of the noodles.
  • Vegetarian Lasagna - filled with minced mushrooms seasoned with italian sausage seasoning, a variety of fresh vegetables, italian cheeses, with traditional lasagna noodles and red sauce.
