Houlton Mini-Con being held at the Cup Cafe in Houlton, 61 Military St. Houlton, ME 04730 on November 8-10, 2024.

Vendor spaces are near in and around the Sanctuary area on the first floor of the Cup Cafe. We are limited to a total of 10 vendor spaces and they will be given on a first come first serve basis. The Cup Cafe does not allow the sale of outside food or beverages or for outside food or beverages to be brought into the space. Vendors should submit proof of insurance whenever possible. Fee for the vendor booth includes 2 event tickets for the day(s) you are participating.

There is a section for Authors to sign up to sell their books at the author's table. This space is free for any authors participating in the Saturday Author Panel or for authors who donate an autographed copy of your book for a door prize. We will be providing a 4' table for the Author's area where you can place your books for sale, sell signatures, etc. Each author will be assigned a 2-hour slot on the day you choose to setup, sign and sell. Once your time is confirmed, we will add it to the published schedule.

There is a handicap ramp into the main vendor space as well as a small set of stairs. Vendor spaces are arranged for you to put up a 4' or a 6' table. Tables are not provided; however, chairs will be available. We ask that items for sale be appropriate for all ages.
